Mahjong Winds hesabınızı istediğiniz an, soru sorulmadan silebilirsiniz. Bu sayfa iki yolu da anlatır: uygulamanın içinden (anında) ve cihazınıza erişiminiz yoksa e-postayla.

Uygulamanın içinden (önerilen)

Ana ekranda Ayarlar'ı açın.
Hesabı sil'e dokunun.
Onaylayın. Hesap anında ve kalıcı olarak silinir.

Şifre ya da e-posta istemeyiz — zaten hiç toplamadık. Hesap, cihazınızda saklanan gizli anahtarla kanıtlanır; silme isteği o anahtarla imzalanır.

Cihazınıza erişiminiz yoksa

[email protected] adresine arkadaş kodunuzu (oyun içinde profilinizde görünen kısa kod) yazın. Hesabı en geç 7 gün içinde sileriz ve size onay döneriz.

Cihaz da yok, kodu da bilmiyor musunuz? Takma adınızı, en son ne zaman oynadığınızı ve hatırladığınız başka ayrıntıları (oynadığınız bir salon, davetleştiğiniz bir arkadaşın kodu) yazın; hesabı bulmak için elimizden geleni yaparız. Şunu bilin: hesaplarda ad ya da e-posta olmadığı için, gönderdiklerinizle kimliğini doğrulayamadığımız bir hesabı bulup silemeyiz. Hesabınızı başkasının sahiplenmesinden koruyan şey de aynı anonimliktir.

Ne silinir, ne kalır

Silinir: takma adınız, cihaz anahtarlarınız ve varsa bağlı Google/Apple oturum bağlantıları. Hesaba bir daha hiçbir yoldan girilemez; çipler, sıralama ve geçmiş kalıcı olarak kaybolur.
Kalır: çip hareketlerinin tutulduğu, kimlik içermeyen muhasebe kayıtları (rastgele bir hesap kimliği ve sayılar). Bunlar bakiye doğruluğunun kanıtıdır ve kimliğinizle ilişkilendirilemez — ayrıntı için Gizlilik Politikası.

Geri alınamaz. Silinen hesap geri getirilemez; satın alınmış çipler dahil hiçbir şey kurtarılamaz.

Delete Your Account

You can delete your Mahjong Winds account at any time, no questions asked. This page describes both ways: from inside the app (instant), or by email if you no longer have your device.

From inside the app (recommended)

Open Settings from the home screen.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm. The account is deleted instantly and permanently.

We will not ask for a password or an email address — we never collected either. Your account is proven by the secret key stored on your device; the deletion request is signed with it.

If you no longer have your device

Email [email protected] with your friend code (the short code shown on your profile in the game). We will delete the account within 7 days and confirm back to you.

No device and no note of the code either? Tell us your nickname, roughly when you last played, and anything else you remember (a salon you played in, a friend's code you exchanged invitations with). We will do our best to find the account. Be aware that because accounts hold no name or email, an account we cannot identify from what you send is one we cannot locate to delete: that same anonymity is what protects it from anyone else claiming it.

What is deleted, what remains

Deleted: your nickname, your device keys, and any linked Google/Apple sign-in connections. The account can never be signed into again by any method; chips, rating and history are permanently lost.
Remains: the non-identifying bookkeeping entries for chip movements (a random account id and numbers). They exist so balances stay provably correct and cannot be tied back to you — see the Privacy Policy for details.

This cannot be undone. A deleted account cannot be restored; nothing is recoverable, including purchased chips.
