Fişlerin gerçek bir değeri yoktur. Oyun içi fişler yalnızca oyunun bir parçasıdır. Paraya çevrilemez, çekilemez, satılamaz ve gerçek bir ödül karşılığında kullanılamaz. Bu bir kumar hizmeti değildir ve gerçek parayla bahis içermez.
Hesap, kayıt olmadan otomatik açılır ve cihazınızda saklanan gizli bir anahtara bağlıdır. Uygulamayı silerseniz, cihazınızın verilerini temizlerseniz veya cihazı kaybederseniz bu anahtar da kaybolur ve hesabınıza bir daha erişemeyebilirsiniz. İleride hesabınızı bir Google hesabına bağlama seçeneği sunmayı planlıyoruz; o zamana kadar hesap cihaza bağlıdır.
Hesabınızı başkasına devredemez veya satamazsınız.
Şunlar yasaktır: oyunu ya da sunucuyu değiştirmeye çalışmak, otomasyon veya bot kullanmak, başka oyuncularla anlaşarak masayı manipüle etmek, birden çok hesapla aynı masada oynamak, hataları kötüye kullanmak. Bunları tespit edersek hesabı kısıtlayabilir veya kapatabiliriz.
Takma adınız hakaret, nefret söylemi veya başkasının kimliğine bürünme içeremez.
Fiş paketleri Google Play üzerinden satılır ve ödeme tamamen Google tarafından yürütülür. Satın alınan fişler hesabınıza eklenir; tüketilir ve geri alınamaz. İade talepleri Google Play’in iade politikasına tabidir. Tüketiciler olarak sahip olduğunuz yasal haklar saklıdır — bu koşullar bu hakları sınırlamaz.
Hesabınız kurallara aykırı davranış nedeniyle kapatılırsa satın alınmış fişler için iade yapılmaz.
Oyunu güncelleyebilir, özellikleri değiştirebilir ya da hizmeti sonlandırabiliriz. Hizmeti tamamen kapatacak olursak bunu makul bir süre önceden oyun içinde duyurmaya çalışırız. Fişlerin gerçek bir değeri olmadığından, kapanma hâlinde fişler için bir ödeme yapılmaz.
Oyun “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını taahhüt edemeyiz. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde, dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Bu madde, yasal olarak sınırlandırılamayan sorumlulukları kapsamaz.
Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır.

Chips have no real-world value. In-game chips are part of the game and nothing more. They cannot be exchanged for money, cashed out, sold, or redeemed for any real prize. This is not a gambling service and involves no real-money betting.
An account is created automatically without signup and is tied to a secret key stored on your device. If you uninstall the app, clear your device data, or lose the device, that key is lost and you may permanently lose access to the account. We plan to offer linking to a Google account later; until then the account lives on the device.
You may not transfer or sell your account.
You may not modify the game or server, use automation or bots, collude with other players to manipulate a table, play multiple accounts at the same table, or exploit bugs. If we detect any of this we may restrict or close the account.
Your nickname may not be abusive, hateful, or impersonate someone else.
Chip packs are sold through Google Play, and payment is handled entirely by Google. Purchased chips are added to your account, are consumable, and cannot be returned once granted. Refund requests are subject to Google Play’s refund policy. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected — nothing here limits them.
If your account is closed for breaking these rules, purchased chips are not refunded.
We may update the game, change features, or discontinue the service. If we shut the service down entirely we will try to give reasonable notice in the game beforehand. Because chips have no real-world value, no payment is made for chips if the service ends.
The game is provided “as is”. We cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
